With Wanderlust, we begin with cultural visits to historic landmarks of the region, enjoy a premium wine experience at our beloved Zacharias Winery with an exclusive Masterclass and rare labels, and explore the PDO Nemea Winemakers Association tasting wines from several local wineries.

🔶 About the Great Days of Nemea

The Great Days of Nemea is the region’s most important annual wine celebration and one of Greece’s leading wine events. Every September, Nemea’s wineries open their doors to visitors, showcasing their creations through wine tastings, cultural activities, and themed seminars. The festival highlights Nemea’s unique winemaking heritage and brings wine enthusiasts closer to the land and the people who cultivate it.

Transportation by bus from Athens

Departure from Agios Antonios metro station in Peristeri, ensuring a comfortable and safe transfer.

Cultural Stops:

Panagia tou Vrachou – a chapel carved into the rock
Polyfeggos Castle – panoramic vineyard views
Monastery of Agios Athanasios – a place of history and spirituality
(Optional) Archaeological Site of Nemea and the Ancient Stadium of Nemea

Zacharias Winery: Our base for the day, featuring a guided wine tasting including:

The rare indigenous variety Sklava
The classic, timeless Nemea
The premium LEXIS wine series
Masterclass: Hosted at the winery, this exclusive experience offers an in-depth exploration of the wines and the unique terroir of Nemea. Participation is strictly limited to 20 guests, with priority registration reserved for Wanderlust participants.

PDO Nemea Winemakers Association: A specially designed tasting space where we sample selected wines from multiple wineries of the Nemea region.
