That is why the mountain guides have the right - at their absolute discretion - to modify an ongoing program and implement an alternative program, if this is required for safety reasons. Any additional costs are borne by the participants and any withdrawal due to non-acceptance of the alternative program does not create grounds for compensation for services not provided. Even the mountain guides have the right not to allow any of the participants to take part in a section or the entire program, if their behavior endangers themselves, the group, or if they do not follow the rules and the instructions that have been suggested to him for the correct execution of the program, without this creating a cause for compensation.
HIKING WITH DOGS
Participation with dogs in hiking activities is allowed on the condition that they are tied together with the guardians and are at the head of the group or in positions as indicated by the head guide. In case the dog is disturbed by the rest of the participants resulting in an attack, the guardian and the organizers bear no responsibility and the responsibility rests entirely with the person responsible for the disturbance and any costs incurred are borne by him.
TREKKING WITH YOUR DOG & TRAINING WITH YOUR DOG
Participants are required to keep their dogs leashed throughout the duration of the activity. Exceptions may be made only with the necessary approval of the trainer and upon prior arrangement. If a handler does not comply with the instructions of the lead guide or trainer, the organizers reserve the right to deny their participation in the activity.
In any activity involving dogs, there is a small possibility of a dog bite; however, the presence of the trainer renders this possibility virtually zero. Nevertheless, the participant should be aware of this, and in any case, the organizers bear no responsibility whatsoever for any physical injury that may occur during the activity.
